We only ship on business days, Monday thru Friday. 

On FREE Shipping we reserve the right to use any carrier and service we deem appropriate. 

Returns: 

Please keep your box, packaging and all contents. 

If an item seems defective please contact the respective manufacturer first for tech support, most items can be brought to proper working condition with the correct technical guidance. 

We have found google and YouTube user guides to be an excellent way to trouble shoot-fully 85% of reported defects had nothing wrong with them once a little technical guidance was reviewed.

Factory defective items and or shipping damage is rare, however it can happen in any industry.

If the item is deemed defective please contact us within 14 days. 

Tell us the problem, your eBay name and we will gladly issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) for an EXCHANGE of the same item.
